Profile Setup
This guide provides an easy step by step end user sign up and profile setup process. Signing up for a free end user account provides you with various benefits including a free microsite, ability to post unlimited projects, unrestricted project bids, internal messaging service and absolutely no project commissions or hidden charges.
Step 1: click the Sign Up button at the top right hand corner, fill out the user details and click Create Account as shown below.
Step 2: you will receive a welcome email from TradiePortal.com.au with a link to comform your registration as shown below. If you do not receive the notification email within a few minutes, please check your Spam Email folder just in case the notification email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
Step 3: clicking the account registration confirmation link above will lead you to the Sign In page. Use the Email or Username and Password provided in Step 1 above to sign in.
Step 4: Upon signing in, you should land on the End User Dashboard, which provides a snapshot of your free microsite, including your microsite url, verifications, rating, projects and all other activity on TradiePortal.com.au. The information presented on the top banner will be updated as you complete your Account and Microsite details. Project Data will be updated as you post and complete new projects.
Step 5: click My Account to complete setting up your End User Account and Microsite as shown below. By default, you are subscribed to all communications from TradiePortal.com.au upon signing up. You can review and select the communications you would like to continue receiving from TradiePortal.com.au under the "Notifications" tab. If for any reason you would like to delete your Account and Microsite, you can do so under the "Delete Account" tab.
